Keep Classic Office Centers in mind for your South Shore MA office space business needs
According to a recent article in the Patriot Ledger, MA has seen a rise in workers who belong to a union in the past year. The new figures issued from the Federal Bureau of Labor Statistics revealed that the number of workers belonging to a union rose by 4 percent statewide which translates to about 18,000 people. This rise in union membership has been mostly seen in the health care industry, as reported by a Massachusetts AFL-CIO spokesman, where more jobs have been added at a steady rate over the past two years. Only a handful of states nationwide have seen a rise in union membership besides Massachusetts including New Jersey, Texas, and Virginia, whereas the national average dropped by 5 percent.
