Quincy MA Historic Home Restored

The newly restored Baxter-King House in Quincy MA has been spared from being possibly torn down by developer Frank Bridgeman’s decision to retain part of the area’s rich history.  When the mansion went for sale, Bridgeman, along with a partner purchased it for $600,000 last September.  They then proceeded to renovate it to bring it back to its former beauty and these restorations were finished recently.  Some renovations include restoring the mansion’s arched windows and fireplaces as well as fresh paint.  The home is now listed on the market for $1.2 million with updated bathrooms, kitchen, and central air conditioning.
